Every change begins with a first step, shall we start?
About me
Luis Goñi, passionate about innovation
I have over fifteen years of experience working on the ground in innovation policies, clusters and regional development
Today I support governments and professionals, contributing my experience from these years, so that their strategies and projects generate the change they seek
Who am I?
I am an independent consultant in innovation strategies, working with an individual support model for innovation professionals in the public and private sectors.
For fifteen years I worked for my own regional government in various public agencies dedicated to smart specialization, industrial and innovation policies, strategic sectors and cluster policy.
Since 2024 I have worked as an independent consultant for people and organizations like yours.
What do you need?
... You have a strategy, but it seems too abstract.
... You don't know how to start making changes.
... You need to adapt your strategy to the new reality.
... You want to mobilise the ecosystem in the face of common challenges.
... You feel that the strategic focus has been lost.
... Monitoring doesn't help you make decisions.
If these thoughts resonate with you, we can work on them together.
What can I contribute?
I provide a close and "insider" view of innovation policy and administrative processes, understanding the limitations that innovation managers often face.
My participation in various European and cutting-edge research programs allows me to stay up to date with new trends and upcoming changes.
I will share my own questions, lessons learned, and experiences with you so we can reflect together and help you avoid some of the pitfalls of this profession.

We will gather and analyse relevant information, defining together a shared vision of the challenges, the key elements to address, and possible courses of action.
What are the key points?
03

We will co-create (and iterate) a practical roadmap with strategic recommendations and specific step-by-step actions tailored to the client's situation.
